Chemical Reactions

Atoms The tiny pieces that all matter- all the stuff in the world - is made of
Chemical Reactions A procces in which atoms rearrange to form new substances

Boiling point The temperature at which a substance changes from the liquid phase to the gas phase
Chemical Formula Letters and numbers showing ghe types and numbers of atoms that repeat to make up a substance
Extended Structure A struction formed by repeating groups of atoms linked together in a large network
Melting point The temperature at which a substance changes from the solid phase to the liquid phase
Molecule A group of atoms joined together in a particular way
Fertilizer A substance that is added to soil to help plants grow
Corrosive Able to cause damage
