| Proberty | Something that can be observed about a substance, such as color, smell, boiling point |

| Scale | The relative size of things |

| Boiling point | The temperature at which a substance changes from the liquid phase to the gas phase |
| Chemical Formula | Letters and numbers showing ghe types and numbers of atoms that repeat to make up a substance |
| Extended Structure | A struction formed by repeating groups of atoms linked together in a large network |
| Melting point | The temperature at which a substance changes from the solid phase to the liquid phase |
| Molecule | A group of atoms joined together in a particular way |
| Fertilizer | A substance that is added to soil to help plants grow |
| Corrosive | Able to cause damage |
