What are the fibers in connective tissue? Collagen Reticular Elastic

What is adipose? Lots of white spaces
What does Osteo mean? Bone
What does Chondro mean? Cartilage
What does cytes mean? Cells
What does osteocytes mean? Bone cells
What does chondrocytes mean Cartilage cells
What are erythrocytes? Red blood cells
What are leukocytes White blood cells
Fibers in one directions are what? Dense regular connective tissue
What is extracellular matrix? What are they made of ? Stuff outside of cells in tissue and they are made of ground substance fluid/fibers
Nervous makes what? Impulses
Where are macrophages and mast cells found in? In the blood
What is histology? The study of tissues
Describe skeletal Striates, voluntary and skeletal
Describe cardiac Striated. involuntary and heart
Describe smooth Involuntary and lining
What are the types of membranes? Cutaneous- skin - protect body Mucous - secretes mucous Serous- lubrication- friction Synovial - joint friction
