Homeostasis the process by which an organism maintains a stable internal environment, such as body temperature and blood sugar, despite changes in its external environment.
Hypothalamus coordinates both the autonomic nervous system and the activity of the pituitary
Lipids group of organic compounds that are insoluble in water but soluble in non-polar solvents. Composed of carbon, hydrogen, and sometimes oxygen.
Prostaglandins are hormone-like substances that affect several bodily functions, including inflammation, pain and uterine contractions.
Amino Acids an organic molecule that is the basic building block of proteins,
Diffusion is the passive movement of particles, such as atoms, ions, or molecules.
Osmosis is the movement of water through a semipermeable membrane
Enzymes are proteins and have the chemical properties of proteins
DNA is the molecule that carries the genetic instructions for the development and functioning of all known living organisms
RNA is a molecule that plays a crucial role in gene expression and regulation, carrying out various functions in the cell.
