constant of proportionality a constant ratio or unit rate of two variable quanities. it is also called the constant of varation.
nonproportional th relationship between two ratios with a rate or ratio, that is not constant
proportion an equation stating an equation stating that two ratios or rates that are equivilent.
proportinal the relationship between two ratios with a constant rate or ratios .
propotional relationship two quanities are in a proportinal relationship, if two quanities vary ad have a constsnt relationship, between them.
unit rate a rate in which in which the first quanity is comparde to one unit unit of the second quality.
