TermDefinition
Theme The real world lesson that the author wants the reader to learn from the piece of literature.
Motif An element that is recurring, like a pattern.
Explicit Textual Evidence Information that comes directly from a text/literature. It could be something like a quote
Inference Assuming something based on text evidence and reasoning.
Fate Something that is destined to happen.
Free will The ability a person has to make their own decision and choices that control their actions
Omens A sign that is believed to predict good or bad events
Personal legends Your dream or goal that you want to accomplish in life.
Love An emotion that is based on strong affection and care that can form emotional bonds between things.
Unity Being united or whole. As one
