non proportional the relationship between two ratios that is not constant
proportion An equation stating that 2 ratios or rates are equivilent
proportional when two quantities have a constant ratio, so when one changes, the other changes at the same rate
proportional relationship when two quantities have a constant ratio to each other
unit rate a ratio that compares two different units of measurement by setting the second unit to one
