Satellite A satellite is a radio that can broadcast the signal and news and it knows what is going on in space
Star Is a giant ball of super headed gas or plasma
Planet Spherical orbits the Sun with a larger mass than nearby objects
Meteor A meteor is a big rock that is form space that can go 47 to 75 miles a hour.
Comet A comet is a cold mixture of dust and ice that develops a long trail of light as it approaches the sun.
Constellation Often supported mythologies.
Geocentric Earth centered model
Heliocentric Sun centered model
Eclipse When the sun and the moon change places for the winter and in the morning, it is dark and in the afternoon it is dark and cloudy.
Sun Largest object in our solar system.
Axis Axis is the spinning of the earth.
Rotation Rotation means that something is spinning around and around.
Revolution Revolution is the movement of one object around another.
Orbit Past planets follow when they revolve around the sun
Solstice Earth is most tilted toward or away from the sun which causes the longest of shortest daylight of the year.
Equinox Earth is not tilted toward the sun which causes equal day and night.
Law of universal gravitation Every object attaches every other and its force depends on mass and distance
