Cholesterol (In cell membrane) Lipid that stabilizes membrane fluidity.
Endoplasmic reticulum (ER) Membrane network; rough ER has ribosomes for protein synthesis, smooth ER synthesizes lipids.
Ribosomes Sites of protein synthesis; free in cytoplasm or attached to rough ER.
Prophase Chromatin condenses into chromosomes; nuclear envelope breaks down; spindle fibers form.
