Organism A living thing
Phospholipid Molecules that makeup cell membrane
Ribosomes Small organelles that make protein
Unicellular Single cell organisms
Vacuole Storage structures in cells that contain chemicals, pigments and waste
Eukaryotic Cell Cell containing a nucleus ( and other membrane bound organelles
Prokaryotic cell Cells which do not have a nucleus ( and other membrane bound organelles)
Cytoplasm A jelly like liquid, made up of mostly water, that fills the cell and surrounds the nucleus
Nucleolus Where ribosomes can be produced
Smooth endoplasmic reticulum Can make different types of lipids. Transports new proteins and lipids in vesicles to the Golgi apparatus
