What is matter? anything that has mass and occupies space
What is kinetic energy? energy is action
What are the two major components of the integumentary system? Cutaneous membrane and accessory structure
What is the hypodermis? Loose connective tissue deep to the dermis that separated the integument from the deep fascia around other organs.
What are 6 functions of the hypodermis? 1.Protection of underlying tissue and organs 2.synthesis of vitamin D 3.storage of lipids 4.maintenance body temperature 5.execration of salts, water, and organic wastes, productions of keratin 6. Production of keratin
