Anatomy The study of body structure
Physiology Deals with how the body functions
Matter Is all of the materials or substances around us, Anything that has mass and occupies space is matter.
Atoms An atom is the smallest unit of matter that is made up of three main parts: Protons, neutrons, and electrons
Ionic bond A chemical bond formed by the transfer of electrons from one atom to another
Nucleous The most prominent structure visible in the nucleus, its main job is to produce ribosomes
collagen made up of protein that provides tensile strength to the fibers
Membrane refers to a thin, sheetlike structure that may have many important functions in the body
osteocytes The mature cells of bones, helps maintain and monitor the health of bone tissue
DNA AKA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid), a generic material found in all living things which contains instructions needed for organism to grown.
