cytoplasm The cytoplasm is home to many activities of the cell as it contains molecules, enzymes that are crucial in the break down of the waste
eukaryote All animals, plants, fungi, seaweeds, and many unicellular organisms are eukaryotes.
eukaryotic cell Eukaryotic cells contain membrane-bound organelles such as the nucleus, the endoplasmic reticulum, and the Golgi apparatus.
nucleus The nucleus maintains the integrity of genes and controls the activities of the cell by regulating gene expression. Because the nuclear envelope is impermeable
plasma membrane The plasma membrane, also called the cell membrane, is the membrane found in all cells that separates the interior of the cell from the outside environment.
