Metabolism All the chemical reactions that happen in the body to use energy and keep you alive.
Tissue A group of similar cells that work together to do a specific job in the body. Organ
Organ A body part made of different tissues that work together to perform a main function (like the heart or lungs
Distal Farther away from where a limb attaches to the body
Cell The smallest living unit of the body; all body parts are made of cells.
