What’s a decomposer Is a living thing that gets their energy from breaking down dead plants and animals
What does Oxygen do Helps your body release and use energy made from the food you eat
Habitat Provides living things with oxygen, water, food, and anything else that you might need to survive
Water Many of the chemical reactions that keep you alive take place in water inside your body
Food Nutrients and components of food that your body converts into energy
Energy Oxygen, water, and nutrients interact in your body to produce energy you body used energy to move
Photosynthesis The chemical reaction that takes place in leaves
What are the three producers rules They produce oxygen They supply food They provide shelter
Populations Groups of individuals that belong to the same species that live in the same area
Species The most closely related groups of living things in an ecosystem
Community Made up of populations of different species that live in the same ecosystem
Herbivores Animals that only eat plants and have flat back teeth to chew plant
Omnivore Animals that eat both plants and animals and have teeth to help eat both
Carnivore Animals that only eat meat and have sharp and pointy teeth to eat animal meat
Predator Predator is an eater and eats prey
