Beat a main accent or rhythmic unit in music or poetry.

Texture defines how musical elements like melody, rhythm, and harmony are combined and organized to create the overall quality of a piece of music.
Verse/Chorus a part of a song that is repeated after each verse, typically by more than one singer.
