TermDefinition
Corrosive material capable of damaging or destroying other substances on contact via a chemical reaction.
Litmus Litmus is a water-soluble mixture of different dyes extracted from lichens.
pH scale The pH scale shows how acidic a substance is
Universal Indicater Universal Indicator is a pH indicator that is formed by mixing various pH indicators in a fixed proportion
Neutral the pH 7 is considered as neutral
Acid acid is from 0-6 in the pH scale
Base base is from 8-14 in the pH scale
