What are some of the advantages the British had during the war? Well trained troops, powerful navy, more money and better supplies.
What are some of the advantages the Americans had during the war? Fighting on home ground, fight for independence (motivation), strong leaders like George Washington, and support from allies later in the war.

The Battle of Trenton was important even though it was a small battle. Why is it important? The victory boosted American morale and showed the Continental Army that they could win and encouraged soldiers to enlist.

"Leave the champagne at home, Johnny" means what? It manes that Burgoyne had expected to win and celebrate but instead was defeated and forced to surrender.
