Center A point that is the same distance from every point on the circle.
Circle A two dimensional shape in which every point is same distance from the center
Circumference The distance around the out side of a circle it can be thought of as the perimeter or the circle
Diameter A line segment that goes through the center and had endpoint on the circle the distance across a circle through the center
Pi In a circle the quotient circumference/diameter a common approximation is 3.14
Radius A line segment from the center of a circle to any point on the circle also the distance from center to any point on a circle
Area The amount of space inside a closed two dimensional figure measured in square units such as square centimeters
Unit rate The numerical part of a rate
