Geography helps us understand where things are, why they are there, and how places and people are connected.
Geography informs how we manage resources and shape the future of human-environment interactions.

Spatial Patterns reveal how human activity and resource use differ by location.
Connections show..? how resource use in one place affects others (e.g., trade, pollution, deforestation).

Etymology: Geo = Earth, Graphy = Description → "Description of the Earth"
