Latitude -Horizontal lines that measure distance north and south of the equator -Equally spaced, never intersect -0°-90° N and 0° - 90° S

Significant Lines of Latitude #2 Points north of the Tropic of Cancer and south of the Tropic of Capricorn never experience a 90° sun angle Equator has a high sun angles all year. Widest circumference of the Earth.
