Bachelor/Master/Doctor Bachelor – First level of degree earned at a university. Master – Higher degree showing advanced knowledge in a subject. Doctor – The highest degree, showing expert knowledge and the ability to teach.
Scholasticism A way of learning in the Middle Ages that tried to combine faith and reason.
Romanesque A style of architecture in the Middle Ages with thick walls, small windows, and rounded arches.
Gothic Cathedrals Large medieval churches with pointed arches, tall spires, and big stained-glass windows.
Three Field system A farming method where land was divided into three parts to grow different crops and improve soil.
