Federalism define The division and sharing of power between the national, state, and local government.
Federalism pros and cons permits diversity and diffusion of power, more democratic, and closer to the people. Con-Lack of unity among the states, Law enforcement and justice are uneven, Education in the US.
Executive order define An official directive from the U.S President to federal agencies that often have much the same power of a law. (Law that happens instantly from the president)
Executive order why we have it It allows the president to take certain actions without congressional approval and makes them quickly.
Advantages and disadvantages of Presidents Exec order Executive orders adv-Its fast and checks and balances still apply. Dis-not as permanent as laws made by congress.
