Chapter 6 – The Schools of the Prophets

Unbelief Lack of faith or trust. The withholding of belief; doubt.
Steadfast Firm and unwavering. Fixed; firm; constant.
Indifferent Showing no interest or concern. Having no concern or care.
Unfaithfulness Failure to remain loyal or true. Lack of fidelity or loyalty.
Idolatrous Worshiping idols or false gods. Given to excessive reverence for false gods.
Divinely By divine or godly means. In a manner related to God.
Endowment A natural gift or ability. A gift or faculty bestowed.
Pious Devoutly religious.
Sanctified Made holy or set apart. Consecrated; purified.
Prosperity The state of being successful or thriving.
Marvelous Causing wonder or amazement. Extraordinary; wonderful.
Apostasy Abandonment of religious or political beliefs. A forsaking of one's faith.
Aggrandizement The act of increasing power or wealth. The act of making great or enlarging.
Integrity The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Moral soundness; purity.
Prodigality Wasteful extravagance. Excessive spending or waste.
Tyrannical Exercising power in a cruel or oppressive way. Harshly ruling; oppressive.
Admonition A warning or reprimand. Gentle reproof or warning.
Adherence The act of sticking to a belief or principle. The act of maintaining loyalty.
