QuestionAnswer
Obligation/Duty Actions that expected of all citizens of a society or nation and are required by law like obeying the law and jury duty
Responsibility Actions that are optional for citizens to do like staying informed, attending civic meetings, and voting
Petition of Government The action of making a formal complaint or request to the government to seek assistance from grievances
Common Good Something that is shared and equally beneficial for all members of a community
Selective Service System A US government-maintained database of all males aged 18-25 who have registered for potential conscription (military draft)
Obeying the Law Acting in accordance with legal statutes and regulations created within a society
Paying Taxes Making mandatory payments to the government for government-provided goods and public services
