QuestionAnswer
area The amount of space inside a two-dimensional shape.
array An arrangement of objects in rows and columns.
factor A number that divides evenly into another number.
multiple The result of multiplying a number by a whole number.
product The result of multiplying a number by a whole number.
quotient The answer to a division problem.
ratio table A table used to organize and show equivalent ratios.
dimension A measurement of length, width, or height
equation A mathematical statement that shows two expressions are equal.
estimate An approximate answer.
expression A mathematical phrase that combines numbers and operations.
prime number A number greater than 1 that has only two factors: 1 and itself.
composite number A number greater than 1 that has more than two factors.
multiplicative comparison A number greater than 1 that has more than two factors.
