Abbreviations - Medical Terminology

SOAP acronym - S Subjective; what the patient says
SOAP acronym- O Objective; what the tests reveal
SOAP acronym- A Assessment; the analysis of the subjective and objective information, performed by the health care provider
SOAP acronym - P Plan; the course of action for the patient
PERRLA Pupils equal and, round, and reactive to light and accommodation

RRR Regular rate and rhythm
