Sternocostal something related to or located between the sternum (breastbone) and the ribs
Phrenoplegia the paralysis of the diaphragm
Hypocarbia a medical condition characterized by a lower-than-normal level of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the blood
Rhinorrhagia a runny nose, characterized by the excessive discharge of mucus from the nasal passages
Pectus excavatum a congenital chest wall deformity where the sternum (breastbone) and ribs grow abnormally, causing a sunken appearance in the chest
Duodenectomy a surgical procedure involving the removal of all or part of the duodenum
Sigmoidoscope a thin, tube-like instrument with a light and a lens for viewing
Cholelith a solid deposit, or stone, formed in the gallbladder or bile ducts
Cholecystalgia pain in the gallbladder
Stomatodynia a chronic condition characterized by a persistent burning sensation in the mouth, usually in the absence of visible lesions or other identifiable causes
Meatoscope a type of speculum, an instrument used to open and examine a body cavity or passage
Epididymis a tightly coiled, tubular structure located on the posterior side of each testis in the male reproductive system
Orchiopexy a surgical procedure to relocate an undescended testicle into the scrotum
Nocturnal enuresis the involuntary voiding of urine during sleep
Balanorrhea a discharge from the glans penis
