If medication is prescribed to ANOREXIA NERVOSA, primary goal is weight gain as such, which meds can be given Prozac
is an illness in which a person binges on food or has regular episodes of significant overeating and feels a loss of control. Bulimia Nervosa
Bulimia Nervosa uses various methods such as vomiting and laxative abuse
Bulimia Nervosa feartures Lack of control over eating self-induced vomiting Misuse of laxatives or diuretics
Binging in Bulimia Nervosa usually precedes vomiting about 1 yr.
Medication tx for Bulimia Nervosa SSRI
D/O where it is characterized by recurrent binge-eating episodes during which a person feels a loss of control over his or her eating. Binge-eating Disorder
