Red Blood Cells (RBC) Erthrocytes Red Blood Cell. Produced in the bone marrow.
White Blood Cells (WBC) Leukocytes Neutrophils 65% Eosinophils 2.3% Basils 0.4% Monocytes 5.3% Lymphocytes 30% Plasma Cells
Granulocytes Secretory granules in the cytoplasm
Neutropils First responder to inflammation and tissue damage
Eosinophils Break down histamines associated wither allergic reactions and parasitic infections.
Basophils Produced in bone marrow
Agranulocytes WBC recognized for the absence of granules in their cytoplasm
Lymphocytes Produce antibodies, destroy infected cells, and regulate the immune response.
Monocytes Destroys germs and bacteria, and alerts other blood cells to help prevent infection.
Thrombocytes Stop bleeding by forming clots and wound healing.
