| Improper Fraction | A fraction in which the numerator is larger than the denominator |
| Time | The way we measure how long things take |
| Analog Clock | A circular-faced clock with the numbers 1 to 12 around the outside; has a minute hand and an hour hand |
| Minute Hand | The longer hand of a clock; tells the minutes; moves around the clock face once every hour |
| Hour Hand | The shorter hand of a clock: tells the hour: moves around the clock twice every day |
| Elapsed Time: | The amount of time that passes between a starting time and an ending time |
| Currency | Money that a country uses to buy things |
| Penny | Worth 1 cent; copper colored coin; has President Abraham Lincoln on the front |
| Nickle | Worth 5 cents; silver coin; has President Thomas Jefferson on the front |
| Dime | Worth 10 cents; smallest silver coin; has President Franklin D. Roosevelt on the front |
| Quarter | Worth 25 cents; silver coin; has President George Washington on the front |
| One Dollar | Worth 100 cents; has President George Washington on the front |
