Add fractions with unlike denominators.

1/3 + 2/6 = 2/6 + 2/6 = 4/6
1/2 + 2/4 = 4/4 or 1
1/2 + 2/4 = 1/2 + 1/2 = 1
1/6 + 2/7 = 19/42
1/6 + 2/7 = 7/42 + 12/42 = 19/42
2/4 + 1/5 = 14/20
2/4 + 1/5 = 10/20 + 4/20 = 14/20
