What is the speed of light (c)? 3.00 * 10^8 Meters / Second
What is 1 nanometer in meter? 1.00 * 10^-9 Meters
When you have the wavelength in nanometers, how do you find the wavelength in meters? Divide by 1.00 * 10^9 nm
How do you find the frequency if you have the wavelength in meters? Divide 3.00 * 10^8 Meters / Second (c) by the wavelength in meters and your answer will be in Waves / Second
How do you find the energy of one photon in Joules? Multiple 6.63 * 10^-34 Joules / Second (h) by 3.00 * 10^8 Meters / Second (c), then divide by wavelength in meters, and your answer will be in Joules / Photon
How do you find the energy in Joules of 1 Mole of photons? Multiple the amount of Joules / Photon by 6.02 * 10^23 photons.
