Scientific Method An orderly method for gaining, organizing, and appling knowledege
Fact a close agreement by competant observers of the same phenomena
Hypothesis An educated guess, a possible solution that is not fully factual until tested by expiriment
Law A gerneal hypothesis about the relationship of natural quantities that has not been contradicted.
Theory A synthesis of a large body of matireal that encompasses a well testsed hypothesis about the natural world. explains why something happens.
Observation Obtaining information byt the use of the senses
Inference Conclusion based on obervations.
Technology A method of solving practical problems
