doxorubicin (Anthracycline) אנטיביוטיקה אנטי-סרטנית DNA-פוגע במבנה ה → II מעכב טופואיזומראז יוצר רדיקלים חופשיים → הורג תאים לטיפול בלימפומות, סרטן שד, סרטן השחלה :תופעות לוואי קרדיומיופתיה (פגיעה בלתי הפיכה בלב)

5FU (5 fluorouracil) .(Pyrimidine Analog) אנטי-מטבוליט מעכב Thymidylate Synthase → עוצר יצירת DNA → מונע התרבות תאים. לטיפול בסרטן מערכת העיכול, סרטן שד.
cyclophosphamide .(Alkylating Agent) אלקילטור יוצר קשרים צולבים בין מולקולות DNA → עוצר שכפול תאים. לטיפול בלימפומה, לוקמיה, סרטן השד והשחלה.
