Somatropin מנגנון: אנלוג של הורמון גדילה (GH), מעורר גדילה והשפעות מטבוליות. שימושים: חסר בהורמון גדילה, תסמונת טרנר, מחלת כליות כרונית בילדים. תופעות לוואי: בצקת, כאבי מפרקים, סיכון מוגבר לסוכרת.
Octreotide מנגנון: אנלוג של סומטוסטטין, מעכב הפרשת GH והורמונים נוספים. שימושים: אקרומגליה, גידולים נוירואנדוקריניים, דימומים מדליות ושט. תופעות לוואי: כאבי בטן, שלשולים, אבני מרה.
Cosyntropin מנגנון: אנלוג של ACTH, מגרה ייצור גלוקוקורטיקואידים. שימושים: אבחון אי-ספיקת אדרנל. תופעות לוואי: תגובות אלרגיות, עלייה בלחץ דם.
Leuprolide מנגנון: אנלוג של GnRH, בהתחלה מגביר ולאחר מכן מעכב הפרשת גונדוטרופינים. שימושים: סרטן הערמונית, אנדומטריוזיס, התבגרות מוקדמת. תופעות לוואי: גלי חום, ירידה בצפיפות העצם, ירידה בליבידו.
Urofollitropin מנגנון: גונדוטרופין המגרה הבשלת זקיקים שימושים: טיפולי פוריות (גירוי ביוץ). תופעות לוואי: תגובות באתר ההזרקה, גירוי שחלות.
Menotropin מנגנון: מכיל FSH ו-LH, מעודד התפתחות זקיקים. שימושים: טיפולי פוריות. תופעות לוואי: תסמונת יתר גירוי שחלות, נפיחות, כאבי ראש.
Cabergoline מנגנון: אגוניסט דופמינרגי המעכב הפרשת פרולקטין. שימושים: היפרפרולקטינמיה, גידולים מפרישי פרולקטין. תופעות לוואי: בחילות, סחרחורת, ירידה בלחץ הדם.
Desmopressin מנגנון: אנלוג ל-ADH, מגביר ספיגת מים בכליות. שימושים: סכרת תפלה מרכזית, נוקטוריה, דימומים על רקע חסר ב-VWF. תופעות לוואי: היפונתרמיה, כאבי ראש, לחץ דם גבוה.
Pitocin מנגנון: אגוניסט של אוקסיטוצין, משרה ומגביר התכווצויות רחם. שימושים: השראת לידה, עצירת דימומים אחרי לידה. תופעות לוואי: היפרטוניות של הרחם, היפונתרמיה
