| homophone | A word pronounced the same as another word but differs in spelling, meaning, or origin |
| megaphone | A portable, hand-held, funnel-shaped device used to amplify a person's natural voice |
| microphone | an instrument to augment or amplify small sounds particularly the human voice |
| symphony | a full orchestral concert; harmony |
