Dialogue a written composition in which two or more characters are represented as conversing
Monologue a dramatic sketch performed by one actor
Stage Direction a description (as of a character or setting) or direction (as to indicate stage business) provided in the text of a play
Aside an utterance not meant to be heard by someone
Drama to portray life or character or to tell a story usually involving conflicts and emotions through action and dialogue
Subordinating conjunction a conjunction that joins a main clause and a clause which does not form a complete sentence by itself
dependent clause a clause that does not form a simple sentence by itself and that is connected to the main clause of a sentenced
Independent clause a clause that can be part of itself or by a simple sentence
Relative clause an adjective clause introduced by a relative pronoun expressed or suppressed, relative adjective, or relative adverb and having either a purely descriptive force
Complex Sentence a sentence containing a subordinate clause or clauses.
Clause a group of words containing a subject and predicate and functioning as a member of a complex
Phrase a characteristic manner or style of expression
