| Horizon line | A physical/visual boundary where sky separates from land or water. |
| One-point perspective drawing | A drawing method that shows how things appear to get smaller as they get further away |
| Orthographic drawings | The two-dimensional outcome of an orthographic projection usually consists of three images. |
| Orthogonal line | Lines that are at right angles to each other, creating a sense of depth and structure in a composition. |
| Scale-drawing | drawing with dimensions at a specific ratio relative to the actual size of the object being drawn. |
| Serif | a slight projection finishing off a stroke of a letter in certain typefaces. |
| Two-point perspective drawing | Two-point perspective occurs when you can see two vanishing points from your point of view. |
| Vanishing point | The point on the horizon line at which lines or edges that are parallel appear to converge. |
