| glut | A much larger supply than needed. To eat or consume to excess. |
| havoc | Widespread destruction or devastation. Great confusion. |
| impregnable | Impossible to attack successfully. |
| indefatigable | not easily made tired; tireless. |
| onslaught | A fierce attack. |
| phenomenon | Any fact or event that can be observed or described. An unusual fact, event, or person. |
| picturesque | Like a picture; pleasing or charming to look at. |
| stipulate | To require as part of an agreement or contract. |
| simultaneous | Happening or existing at the same time. |
| susceptible | open or subject to; easily influenced or affected by. |
| wrest | To pull away from with a twist. To take by force or as if by force. |
