Meaningful relationships take time. (THEME) -Everyone is so quick to judge, the meaningful relationships mean something -Examples: Bennet sisters, Mr. Darcy and his sister
Marriage is important but difficult. (THEME) -Austen notes that marriage takes time -Examples: Mr. & Mrs. Bennet (Unhealthy)
All human beings are flawed. (THEME) -Some characters are in a rut, and some don’t leave it
