| Quirk | a peculiar or unusual trait, behavior, or characteristic that is unique to a person, place, or thing. |
| Give a twist | to change or add something to make it different or more interesting, often in an unexpected way. |
| Vent | to express strong emotions, such as anger or frustration, typically by talking or complaining about them. |
| Amid | in the middle of or surrounded by. It is used to indicate that something is happening in the presence of other events, |
| Take a turn | to change direction or to proceed in a different manner. |
| Camaraderie | a feeling of mutual trust, friendship, and goodwill among people who spend a lot of time together. |
| Find comfort in | to feel relief, peace, or reassurance from something or someone, especially during difficult times. |
| Vet (verb) | to carefully examine something or someone to ensure they meet certain standards or are suitable for a particular purpose. |
| Levity | a light or humorous attitude, especially when dealing with something serious. |
| See oneself reflected | to recognize or identify oneself in a situation, image, or description. |
| Albeit | it’s used to acknowledge something while recognizing that it doesn’t change the overall situation. |
