When analyzing the abdomen, what are the general signs you are looking for? Tenderness/pain, rigidity, guarding, distention

What is the primary concern if a patient inhales a harmful chemical/toxin? Damage to the alveoli since the patient inhaled the substance into their lungs.
The practice of protecting yourself from the patient’s body fluids or bacteria is called: Body substance isolation (BSI) -isolates you &patient from mixing bodily substances of any form (patient's blood, your sweat, patient’s mucus etc). You protect yourself from the patient’s bodily fluids by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
A 34yo male fell down the stairs & has a large bruise on his head. He is A&Ox4, w/ pulse 88. During transport he becomes altered. Vitals are now: BP 210/105, pulse 56, and 1 pupil is unequal & nonreactive to light. What is this patient suffering from? He could be suffering from Epidural hematoma, Subdural hematoma & or Intracranial hematoma. Each of these types of hematomas (brain bleeds) is serious and requires immediate medical attention.
