Total Army Sponsorship Program

Tier 1 Sponsorship AIT and BOLC graduates will receive a sponsor before orders are published
Tier 2 Sponsorship Soldiers (PVT-SPC), NCOs (CPL-SSG), and officers (WO1-CW2/2LT-CPT) will received a sponsor before final out-processing of losing unit.
Tier 3 Sponsorship NCOs (SFC+) and officers (CW3+/MAJ-COL) may request a sponsor.

Who is exempt from being a sponsor being replaced by incoming Soldier out-processing or within 90 days of PCS from inbound Soldier's report date flagged or pending admin separation projected absence during inbound Soldier's first 60 days pending medical or physical evaluation board
