vertex The point at which two line segments connect
obtuse angle angle between 90 and 180 degrees
acute angle angle between 0 and 90 degrees
right angle that is exactly 90 degrees
straight angle that is exactly 180 degrees
vertical angles two angles that are opposite each other formed by the intersection of two lines
congruent angles two angles that have the same measurement
adjacent angles two angles with a common line and vertex
complementary angles two angles with a sum of 90 degrees
supplementary angles two angles with a sum of 180 degrees
acute triangle triangle with three acute angles
obtuse triangle triangle with one obtuse angle
right triangle triangle with one 90 degree angle
scalene triangle triangle with three unequal sides
isosceles triangle triangle with two equal sides
