standard of living how much wealth and material goods that one has to represent their quality of life
inflation an increase in prices over a period of time due to economic changes
agriculture farming or growing crops in a certain area, can also refer to livestock as well
protective tariff a tax on imports to raise their price, making them less attractive to consumers.
international aid Money, goods and services given by the government of one country to help another country.
investors a person or organization that puts money into property with the expectation of achieving a profit.
real investment The purchase of assets such as land, real estate, and machines
debt relief Reducing the principal and/or interest payments on loans
barter Trading without money either citizen to citizen or country to country
