What is one positive thing about using adjustment layers? They are nondestructive because they are above the layer they affect
When using a mask what conceals? black
When using a mask what reveals? white
What does painting with black on mask do? Hides areas and doesn't erase them
If a designer makes adjustments through the image menu, what will those adjustments be? Destructive
What does it mean to make a destructive edit? The edits will permanently affect the image
What are three nondestructive editing options? masking, adjustment layer, converting to smart object
