AP Calculus Unit 7

The Amount Of Change Is Modeled By... ∫[RATE]
The Rate At Which An Amount Is Changing Is Modeled By... d/dx(amount)
If You Are Given A Table Of Values With x,y(x) Values, & You Are Asked To Find y'(#), You Need To Find... slope (y-y/x-x)
Calculator Syntax For Accumulation initial condition + ∫{y1(x),x,lower,upper}
When Looking For A Specific Value At A Specific Point, Use... initial condition + ∫[RATE]
If S'(t) Is A Rate Of Which Something Is Increasing Or Decreasing, S(t) Is... the position/amount of the "something"
To Get A Number Value When Plugging Into y1, Use... a decimal point after the number [ex: y1(#.)]
In Average Value, 1/b-a Is A... constant that can be used (ex: if limit is 1 to 5, use 1/5-1)
To Get From Velocity To Position... integrate the velocity equation
To Get From Velocity To Acceleration... derive the velocity equation
If Given A Table Of Values And Asked To Approximate A Value, Use... the equation of the tangent line: (y-#)=slope(x-#)
Average Acceleration Equation (1/b-a)(v(b)-v(a)) OR (1/b-a) ∫a(t)dt
Average Velocity Equation (1/b-a)(p(b)-p(a)) OR (1/b-a) ∫v(t)dt
