If you change an item that is not public domain, the the design now yours? why? No, although altered, the original item needs to be credited to the original owner. Additionally, one needs permission to alter a CC licensed work.
What is Raster? Images using pixels
What is Vector? Images using mathematical equations
What is Bit Depth? The number of bits used to indicate the color or bits used for each color component of a single pixel
