Traditional vs Blended/Co-Teaching Communication

| Communication with stakeholders can take place via any of the NCVPS approved methods (phone, text, LMS message, email, virtual meeting spaces, collaborative planning documents) | ALL Teachers |
| Communicate with students at a minimum of every 2 weeks (Weekly in the Summer semester) | Traditional |
| Communicate with parents a minimum of 4 times per Fall/Spring semester or at a minimum of every 2 weeks in the summer semester | Traditional |
| Update organization-wide document for recording all communication (including welcome calls) weekly | Traditional |
| Send a Welcome Email to all students and parent/guardians within 2 instructional days of a student being added to your section once the semester starts | Traditional |
| Communicate asynchronously with partner teachers daily, Monday - Friday, in the CTDL unless requested otherwise by the face-to-face partnership teacher. | Blended/Co-Teaching |
| Complete Welcome Calls with all partner teachers within 1 week of section assignment | Blended/Co-Teaching |
