What's an economic activity? Activities we do to earn a living, to get money.
Name 3 compenents of economic activity. Production, distribution, consumption
What is distribution? Transporting a product.
What is consumption? The use of the product.
What are taxes? Money paid to the public administration, government for public services.
Name things taxes are used for. Public transport, roads, parks, healthcare.
Name 3 fixed expenses. Water, light (electricity), phone
Name an unexpected expense. Repair your car
Name a variable expense. Clothes or entertainment
What is income? Money you get for your work or products.
What is a budget? A spending plan based on income and expenses.
Name a job in the primary sector. Farmers or fishermen
Name a job in the secondary sector Factory worker or construction worker
Name a job in the tertiary sector Doctor or bus driver
What is one of the main sources of economic activity in Spain? Tourism
Why is tourism so popular in Spain? Interesting history and culture, good infrastructure and weather.
